بتاريخ 20\3\2017 حوالي الساعة 23:45، ارتكب طيران التحالف الدولي مجزرة شنيعة بحق المدنيين النازحين من الأطفال والنساء، حيث قام بقصف وتدمير مدرسة البادية في ناحية المنصورة في ريف الرقة الغربي، والتي أصبحت مؤخراً مركزاً لإيواء النازحين، وتحوي أكثر من خمسين عائلة.
في سياق متصل استهدفت طائرات التحالف مساكن للمدنيين في مدينة الطبقة وأدت إلى دمار واسع في الممتلكات و سقوط ما يزيد عن 15 شهيداً من المدنيين.

As of 20 March 2017 around 23:45, CF warplanes committed a horrible massacre by targeting and destroying Al Badiah school in Al Mansura city in the western countryside of Ar Raqqa.
Al Badiah school recently became a collective center that contains more than 50 families, majority of fatalities are women and children. Numbers are still unconfirmed.
Moreover, another CF airstrikes targeted the residential buildings in Al Tabqa city, and caused significant damage to the properties and more than 15 fatalities among civilians.
